There is a channel in the cart to which I am subscribed. Messages of a similar type (forex signals) are published there, the goal is to find a bot that would write messages to a file, which will then scan the terminal script and open orders.

Webhook is used: https://core.telegram.org/bots/api#setwebhook
And writing to a file. The implementation depends on the language you speak. PHP, Node, Python, etc. deal with it.
