Can a socket be used without one leg?

SUMMARY :

The leg on the motherboard socket broke off, which (apparently) is responsible for the image output: the image is not displayed via HDMI from the motherboard. Plus, there are doubts about the stability of the neighboring legs: they are deformed. Is it possible to use such a board without the risk of component failure?

LONG:

Hello everyone. I will describe my story. A couple of months ago I assembled a computer from the following components:
* Intel Celeron G5905 with replacement for i5-10400f or i5-10600KF in the future;
* Gigabyte H410M S2H;
* ASUS Strix RX470 4GB with Avito;
* 2 x 8 GB Patriot RAM;
* SSD, HDD, boxed cooler;
* body and PSU Aerocool.

Last weekend I took apart the computer and removed the processor to take a picture of it for sale. After this "photo session" I put it back, but the computer did not start: the speaker squeaked 5 times (check the processor). I removed the processor, blew it out from possible dust particles, but at the moment when I started to put it back, my hand trembled, and I dropped the cooler lying next to it right on the open socket and damaged it. I'll leave the result below. About 10-12 legs were crumpled, one very significantly bent in the form of a corkscrew.

I managed to return all the legs to their original position, except for one: the one that was bent with a corkscrew broke. I tried to put it "upright" so that at least the edge of it touches the contact of the processor. But, apparently, her contact still does not touch the processor.

After a while, I was still able to start the computer, at first the BIOS showed Boot Failure, but after a reboot everything disappeared. I found that some system settings were reset - perhaps this was due to the fact that I removed the battery during the manipulations?

After a total check, I found only one defect. Through the HDMI interface, the image is not displayed on the monitor from the built-in graphics processor (that is, from the output of the motherboard). Through VGA, the image is transmitted normally. Through the output of the video card, too, everything works in the normal mode.

Since I am not a big computer specialist, I ask you to help me figure out the situation that has happened.

QUESTIONS:

1. Can this motherboard be used? Won't this lead to possible damage to the RAM or processor, won't the motherboard itself burn out, if in general everything is working properly, except for the lack of an image?

2. I am planning to replace my Celeron with a more powerful processor. Since the load on the motherboard and TDP will increase, is it dangerous to use this motherboard with more demanding processors?

3. If I do decide to replace the motherboard with the same one but with a new one, can I just replace the motherboard without reinstalling Windows 10 or drivers? And if at all put another motherboard? I heard that Windows 10 is quite friendly to the replacement of components and the internal driver update utility works well, but I would like to hear the opinion of competent people :)

Thank you very much in advance!

Can this motherboard be used?

It's possible, but risky. Perhaps not broken legs also do not have good contact - the place will heat up under load, and as a result, the processor may fail.
Isn't it dangerous to use this motherboard with more demanding processors?

Yes, dangerous, see above
would it be possible to just replace the board without reinstalling windows 10 or drivers?

Naturally, after all, the components in fact will not change. Don't forget to update your bios to the latest one.
And if at all put another motherboard?

Nothing terrible will happen - the drivers will be loaded automatically, or you can install them yourself. The only thing is that you may need to reactivate Windows.
You were advised above to solder the socket. You can not change it, but restore it - only solder the damaged legs, it will come out cheaper.
