Can a site get data about which site they came to or left from?

Greetings.
Can any site get information about which site they came to it from or which site left it, provided that the transition was made by clicking on a bookmark from the browser's bookmarks bar or entering the address in the search bar.
For clarity, I will give an example.
We have three sites: a search engine site (I or G), a secret site, and a Wikipedia site. The transition can be performed either by clicking on the bookmark or by entering data into the address bar.

Option 1: transition from the site of the PS to the secret site.

Option 2: transition from a secret site to a PS site or another.

There are no counters installed on the secret site, and even if something were installed, would that change something?!

Taiping of care can be tracked with a js-keylogger. But it is.

Set up Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics and you will see reports on clicks from websites, PS, bookmarks and social networks. networks. Yes, you will have to wait for the statistics to accumulate, but you will be able to analyze everything in detail.
In Ya.Metrika you are interested in:
Reports - Contents - Entry pages. to see which of your pages users visit more often.
Or you can look at the Sources - Search Engines report if you want to know how much organic traffic you have.
Reports - Contents - External transitions. to see where users go from you.
