How to get push notification content in browser?

There is a need to somehow save the picture, text and the link itself from any push notification that comes to me in the browser on my computer.
Is there a browser api (preferably google chrome) to manage push notifications? And how can something like this be implemented? or maybe there are some useful links to suggest in which direction to dig) thanks in advance)
