Good afternoon, can the pci-e 1x-16x riser be used instead of the main video card (the main pci-e 1x-16x slot)? didn’t work, I ordered a pci-e 1x-16x riser, I connected it, but the computer didn’t start, maybe someone knows why? because there are video cards with a 1X1 connector, tell me, in theory, it should have worked or not?
