Can a blender be used for jewelry design purposes?
I plan to do jewelry modeling and not only + visualization.
Previously I used and studied many 3d packages (especially 3ds max, at the best of times) but somehow recently returned to blender, because I don’t see it as more convenient. I know that there is no difference in what to model, everything relies on flexibility, on speed and at the same time on common formats, but I notice that most people make models in 3ds max. And the same goes for jewelry, such packages as Rhinoceros 5 and Matrix 8, in forums and in models related to jewelry, those packages that I listed are always mentioned. I even opened Rhinoceros somehow, but I could not adapt to it.
And I once saw on Youtube how rings are modeled in a blender, which is surprising, there are even plugins, so I don’t really doubt it.
So the next question is, for those who model jewelry, is it worth it to additionally study those packages that I have listed, or can I get by with a blender?

If the quality meets the requirements - everything else is OVERWORK!
the question here is more to your employer, whether he will accept work in a blender or not
