Can a blender be used for jewelry design purposes?

I plan to do jewelry modeling and not only + visualization.
Previously I used and studied many 3d packages (especially 3ds max, at the best of times) but somehow recently returned to blender, because I don’t see it as more convenient. I know that there is no difference in what to model, everything relies on flexibility, on speed and at the same time on common formats, but I notice that most people make models in 3ds max. And the same goes for jewelry, such packages as Rhinoceros 5 and Matrix 8, in forums and in models related to jewelry, those packages that I listed are always mentioned. I even opened Rhinoceros somehow, but I could not adapt to it.
And I once saw on Youtube how rings are modeled in a blender, which is surprising, there are even plugins, so I don’t really doubt it.
So the next question is, for those who model jewelry, is it worth it to additionally study those packages that I have listed, or can I get by with a blender?

If the quality meets the requirements - everything else is OVERWORK!

the question here is more to your employer, whether he will accept work in a blender or not

Duc here on these forums and ask what's the catch. Here you need to understand industry standards. Moskus correctly wrote to you in the comments, but there is also a downside - perhaps it is the blender and 3dmax that are now considered obsolete mammoths, and the Rhinoceros with the Matrix are advanced packages, so check on the thematic forums, ask for explanations why such a choice.
