Can a bank block an account for frequent transfers from abroad (freelance)?

There was a similar topic: Will the bank account be blocked?
I would like to ask freelancers specifically: Have your bank accounts been blocked for frequent transfers from abroad? bank: Alfabank.
Condition: perpetual contract, with transfers 2 times a month, the amount of one transfer is less than 5k USD.
Before that, I used a bunch: exchange => paypal => account in alpha or payoneer had no problems (but commissions are annoying - especially for payoneer).
In case of blocking, what set of documents will be required to unblock the account? (I only have a piece of paper with an invitation to work and a signature on both sides).

IP? If yes, then permission is needed, otherwise they will quickly become interested and slap their hands. If not, then the amounts are still rather big, big brother will quickly pay attention, it's better to coordinate this moment with the bank, they are sociable there;)

They have no right without a court order. You have signed an agreement with them, if it does not specify the number of transactions, there can be no problems. I am sure that you will be able to resolve all issues over the phone, through the joint venture. I'm not a freelancer, I just deal with banks. Even if the contract describes the blocking of transaction amounts, they can be removed by calling the joint venture.
