Cameras have decreased visibility, could there be a reason in the camera?

Several Chinese-made "3do technologies ..." cameras that were installed five years ago, many of them had a reduced viewing angle, only the center became visible. Could this be a problem with the matrix or electronics in the camera?

Check the resolution of the main and sub. stream and settings where which stream goes. Settings may be reset. When lowering the resolution, some cameras perform a crop rather than a zoom.

Interest Ask. I had a similar problem with this manufacturer, but since I did not find a solution, I had to replace the camcorders with Dahua. But now for 3 years there have been no problems, since their equipment is excellent.

Lens, right? If it is varifocal, maybe you need to tighten it up?
