Camera raw crashes, what should I do?

Hello. When you start camera raw (any photo extension), Photoshop crashes. I tried different versions of Photoshop, reinstalled the camera raw itself, even went as far as reinstalling Windows, but nothing helped. crashes like a trial version of Photoshop (official), and any pirate. Lightroom opens the photo, but refuses to save it (it also crashes). I thought the problem was in the video card, turned it off from Photoshop, but the problem was not solved either.
gt 720 graphics card, i7-4600u processor
