Call forwarding from landline to mobile

There is the following situation:

At home there is a home phone with a landline number. They sometimes
call him when I'm not at home, and they call me. Therefore, I want to set up a redirect. It is necessary to solve the following tasks:

1) So that family members can forward the call to my
cell phone by pressing a couple of buttons

2) For forwarding to work automatically, under certain
conditions (for example, there is no answer within 15 seconds)

3) I could turn on the function when leaving home automatic
call forwarding, something like "I'm not at home, forward to my
cell phone right away"

What is the easiest way to implement this functionality? Maybe this
will help somehow: there are three 3G modems available that are compatible with
Asterisk. But Asterisk is an extreme case, I would like to get by with a VoIP gateway.
In general, the main criterion is that this good takes up as little space as possible
, even if it costs a little more.

You can't do without Asterisk. The functionality of the gateways to which you can send your landline number is not particularly rich in features related to call routing.

In my opinion, this can be Cisco spa3102 or a router with a PBX function, for example audiocodes MP 252. Of course, you need to check
