How to connect asterisk via odbc?

Good afternoon. I record conversations and collect statistics on pure asterisk 18 + centos 8 according to the instructions ,
but for some reason, despite all the settings, asterisk writes that there are no active connections, and the files that are specified in etc / odbcinst.ini are only in the / lib64 / xs section
can whether it influence. Any ideas where to dig?
