CactuPlan template, how to enable blog and display blog articles in opencart?

Guys, I have purchased a CactuPlan template . It says that the blog module is present. How to enable it and display articles on the site?

I found Codezeel Blog in modules. Made enabled, like created a title and text. How to display it on the site? Or am I not doing it right?
