C# wpf menu pictures. Pictures used in the menu do not scale when transferring the application to other computers?

Hello.
A C# application with WPF has a menu with pictures. On my computer, the menu items are displayed normally and all the pictures are scaled according to the height of the menu bar:

When transferring the program to other computers, oddities are sometimes observed and the pictures stop scaling and it looks like this:
