C# Why doesn't the program run on other computers?

I think something with dependencies, but I transferred all the dlls that were in the folder of the compiled program to another computer, but the application still does not start. .Net framework, of course updated. Is there a way to check what is the problem?

@Espleth

There is such a way: to begin with, tell how the application behaves when it starts
