I use Properties.Settings in my program. So, with each recompilation, the path to the settings changes:

D:\Documents and Settings\Hottbxp\Local Settings\Application Data\ИМЯ_ПРОГРАММЫ\ИМЯ_ПРОГРАММЫ.exe_Url_ecfg2amki2gebu5yjrl504if0qv32cwi\ВЕРСИЯ_ПРОГРАММЫ

Is it possible to make it so that the settings are saved in

D:\Documents and Settings\Hottbxp\Local Settings\Application Data\ИМЯ_ПРОГРАММЫ\
