There is a free VS Code installed. It took writing a small .so library in C++. Which is better, install the C++ plugin on VS Code, or download the free Visual Studio Communinty students/open-source?

1 - Visual Studio Communinty is free for everyone

It took writing a small .so library

... for Linux it doesn't exist. VS Code only. for a full-fledged VS, there are cross development tools for Linux .. but comfort, especially debugging, will be a big question. especially for the library ... most likely, all the benefits will go to 0
