C# + Mysql Connector, doesn't support Russian characters?

string Connect = "Database=nail_work;Data Source=localhost; User Id=root;Password=; Charset=utf8;";

here is the connection string, but what signs are coming to the server??? instead of Russian characters, which is back from the server, I don’t know how to fix it anymore, after googling I realized that I need to add "Charset=utf8;" at the end of the query, but that didn't help.

Well, tables and fields must be in the correct encoding.
