C#. How to sign a pdf file with an EDS with a detached signature?

Hello.

Can you please tell me how to sign a pdf with a detached signature in C#? So that you can check later.
I'm currently using iText, but the signature is internal. I would like to make it detached.
Perhaps someone has worked with iText and knows how to make it detached?
At the output, I would like to see, for example, in the format of how CryptoARM does it, i.e. output.pdf and next to it output.pdf.sig
