How to download a file from the Internet? A picture, for example. Preferably with the help of Boost:: Asio, I figured out how to get the contents of an html document, only other files are not downloaded this way

Why is it not downloading other files? Are you working with a string? Work with bytes.
With Boost I don't know, I would do it with URLDownloadToFile (WinAPI), curl or Qt.
