C# csc and /resource?

The question is, using csc.exe I create a program in which I add the resource /resource:text.txt file to the program is added, but the question is: how can I extract this resource from this program? for example, I want it to be written to the same folder at startup, but unfortunately I can’t figure out how to access it there, where it lies, in ms vs the files are in Properties.Resources. (file) , and in csc where they are? how can you contact them?
