Bypassing the 10 latest changes in YaWebmaster?

I noticed in Webmaster such a picture of bypassing articles

Bypass last 10 changes
11/10/2019
/sovety/staraya-drevesina-gde-ispolzovat.html?noredir=true N / a ⇒ 200
/?s=magnetic N / a ⇒ 200
/?act=like&q=17739 N / a ⇒ 200 /?p=42235 N / a ⇒
404 /?p= 42235
&preview=true N / a ⇒ 301 =42365&preview_nonce=0410e43de4 N/a ⇒ 403 /?s=ikea N/a ⇒ 200 /blog.html/page/116 N/a ⇒ 200 /sovety/stolyarnyj-klej-7.html N/a ⇒ 200

When checking these urls, articles are displayed as expected, but the url does not redirect to a readable url.
Is it normal?

Good afternoon!
In a good way, so that this does not happen, you need to do a few things:
1. Adjust robots.txt. Add some
Disallow directives: /*?s=
Disallow: /*?act=
Disallow: /*?noredir=
Disallow: /*id=
2. Set the rel=canonical attribute on all pages with dynamic URLs. The rel=canonical attribute is written on the URL before "?". This is in case Google doesn't consider robots.txt.
3. Set up a system 301 redirect from pages like "*/?*" to pages like "*/" without dynamics in the URL.
After these actions, duplicates from the index will disappear after a while.

depends on the tasks
especially if the redirect is not configured

For good, all indexed pages should be done with a readable URL. If CNCUrl is not configured, then, most likely, this page is either not optimized or not relevant for indexing, so it should either be optimized (including CNC setup) or closed from indexing.
