By what principle does Instant View disappear in Telegram for links that support this mode?

I'll send links from LiveJournal to the cart - in most cases, the Instant View button appears in the cart, which allows you to watch the article right inside the cart. And in rare (but all too common) cases, there is no such button, and you have to click on a link, which then opens the browser, and all this is very bad.
What's the matter?
