By how many times will the size of iron be reduced?

With each ready size devices are getting smaller, performance is getting bigger
Question: What is the smallest possible size?
let's say a 4-core processor 2.5GHz fits in a regular phone.
How many times can the same characteristics be reduced?
Is there a limit?
And if so, which one? And why exactly?

Moore's law
At some point, it becomes difficult to increase power by increasing frequencies, they began to increase the number of cores.
As a result, the sizes increase. Look at the new line of desktop processors, they are getting bigger with more power.
Do not forget about heat dissipation, if you reduce the size of the crystal too much, it will be very difficult to remove heat.
The minimum dimensions are limited by the applied technical process.
The processor itself is quite small, the substrate gives the main size
