By choosing a tablet 9-11" + Windows + dock?

Good afternoon.
I choose a tablet for parents so that I can print when I have a free minute at work. In addition, there will be a little more Internet, classmates and simple games (soliters, three-in-a-row scarves, etc.).
Of the requirements: the screen is at least 9 inches (preferably 10+), the operating time for the specified tasks is at least 5-6 hours, normal hardware, so that it will be relevant in the next 3 years, a docking station.
I really want to meet 20 thousand, but if there is an ultimatum argument that, for example, Lenovo Yoga just tears everyone without options, I’m ready to consider it (but don’t offer surface) :)
An approximate list of which I choose is market.yandex.ru/compare .xml?hid=6427100&CAT_ID=6427101&CMD=-CMP=11757380,10846798,11861208,10971330,10711884,10971328,11597254

How do you look towards Chinese tablets, such as Teclast-X98 or the like? The reviews seem to be not bad. I myself am thinking about buying a tablet with Windows, while I settled on Teclast-X98 or some modification of it.

minus only one. the operative is soldered. how much you take with so many and live.
Well, the price bites a little.
