"BX is not defined" after update?

After updating the core, when opening an item on the contact center tab, the wrong thing opens:

And in the console, here is the following error:

ReferenceError: BX is not defined
    at ?ID=fbinstagramdirect&IFRAME=Y&IFRAME_TYPE=SIDE_SLIDER:637

Googling "BX is not defined" I tried several solutions, which consisted of connecting JS between . Did not help.

Has anyone experienced this issue after the update?
