Are you sure you need it? For autobuying links is a risky business. And the links themselves have long given weight differently than before. These should be live links that users follow, otherwise it's money in the trash.

Search through Yandex, Google for information requests related to your product. See who is in the top for requests and whether it is possible to place a link on their website (find contacts and write to the webmaster).
