Buying a domestically assembled laptop

At the moment I'm looking for a laptop. We need a laptop that is not particularly expensive, but the most productive (within its cost - 20,000-22,000 rubles).
There is a certain company that sells digital equipment, and at the same time collects laptops somewhere in Vladivostok (according to rumors). The prices for the models of these laptops are very, very tasty with their very productive stuffing.
I wanted to ask the habra community if anyone has already stepped on this rake , whether someone had experience buying such laptops. If yes, please tell me what are the pros and cons. Isn't this another charade like iRu and Rover? Or is it worth buying a "verified" Samsung/Lenovo/Asus/...../?

If you consider iRu and Rover to be a sham, then why would any other Russian assembler be a “megabrand” for you? Moreover, everyone knows about brands ... and here you yourself don’t even know what it is and who it is ... and what kind of brand is it for you personally?
In principle, what pros and cons you had with iRu and Rover, you can safely transfer to DNS.

This is the DNS company. Quite a large chain of stores. And your city has it too . She does not collect laptops , but only sells under her own brand. And the prices are really 2-3 tr. below similar ones. Several of my friends use these laptops, for a year there are no complaints about them.

A friend bought a DNS laptop, with great giblets and a very low price. I, too, first looked for where he was scammed, because. I didn’t believe it, but a year later I had to agree that it wasn’t a sham.

Look towards Dell inspiron/Vostro. i5 for your budget (it's about $ 700?) You can take it.

They don't collect anything. If they say this, then the maximum they do is insert memory and something else on the little things. In fact, the manufacturer is some Clevo (http://www.clevo.com.tw).
