Business Email Choice for Small Business ~ 50 Users

Good afternoon!
What would you recommend to use for mail with your domain?
The main thing is that it works stably and does not ask for a lot of money.
Now the hoster's mail is used, but there are a lot of problems, and there is little control.
Because all free "bullshit", then I think Yandex disappears. It remains (of the known to me) google apps and office365 (although this one is expensive if you use only mail)
Of course, there is an option to raise your server, but not yet an option.
Thank you.

Why is pdd bullshit? If you take pdd separately, like mail hosting, then there will be a rather large share. It is unlikely that the service would have taken this share, being bullshit.
Inside there is a regular e-mail, with all the same capabilities, features and stability of huge clusters of hundreds of machines. You can, of course, try to compare e-mail and g-mail, only the latter has become paid for domains.

I use pdd.yandex.ru for my projects and Google Apps for clients. For 2 years, problems with the Yandex service often happened. Most often this was due to the inoperability of some boxes for several hours during working hours. Work of course at such moments just "got up".
With Google Apps, my clients have been "living" for more than 4 years - there were only a couple of problems when all of Google was unavailable in the Russian Federation. I think 5 bucks per box is a symbolic fee for a service with a steep uptime.
For myself, I plan to raise my own mail service on some VPS. Fortunately, there is experience and knowledge to administer this. If I had no experience and the work of mail would be critical for my business, then I would use only Google Apps.

And as software for installation on your Zimbra server - www.zimbra.com (there is a free version)

I use biz.mail.ru and I'm quite satisfied. I tied it to my domain, set up a collector from slave boxes, and they are all visible from the "king-box", at a glance. The main criterion for leaving the hoster's mail was the complete disability of Dr. Web in Spam Filtering. Its number just skyrocketed. It seems up to 100 accounts use is free.
