Business account on PayPal - can I immediately withdraw money?

PayPal business account new . Verified email only. The bank account has not yet been linked, but I will.
As soon as a payment is received on the account, it will be possible to immediately a) send it to the bank b) or to another PayPal account c) or spend it on paying for something via PayPal
?
Or will there be some kind of hold period? If so, does it always apply to all new business accounts, and how long does it last?

There is no hold on the business, funds are immediately available.
