Building websites from scratch or WordPress?

Hey! After my question - sites on designers or tsms the following questions arose:
(ps: questions may seem strange, illogical and banal!)) calmness!!))
1. Who buys sites from scratch (corporate and online stores)?
Let's say the design + layout of the visible screen costs around 2000 rubles. Let's say the main page will cost 7,000 rubles, all subsequent ones, for example, 20, will come out at 30,000. + add the work of a programmer 4,000 rubles. In total, the corporate website will cost 40,000 rubles!)
+ add a commission of 10,000 for the studio, total: 50,000. Well, I’ll just add 10,000 more.
Total: a site from scratch for 60,000. An
online store from scratch will cost 200,000 (I saw it for 500,000),
A corporate website can be made on WordPress for 20,000-25,000 rubles.
An online store for 10,000.
An online store can be made simple on opencart and prestashop for 25,000. I
duplicate the question: Who needs websites and IM from scratch? So who wants to overpay?
2. If you stop at WordPress for corporate sites.
What are the main disadvantages in the work?
I found only 1: due to the fact that the developer is trying to cram everything that is possible into one topic, the site can freeze!)
Thank you!)))

Who needs websites and IM from scratch? So who wants to overpay?

The one who needs non-standard functionality. It's unlikely they'll be made from scratch. On Symfony components, for example, you can do.

I just didn’t understand, where does CRM and design / layout have to do with it?
It seems like these are complementary things, and not replaceable ?!
this expression is completely misunderstood, who tries to do more work than necessary?
If you are talking about topics that sell, then this is not superfluous, but flexible! Those. the developer does not try to push everything he knows, he only makes a flexible tool for the user.
"Freezing" is not related to the engine! Don't install plugins! Minimize database access. Shorten the code, including the output in html. Make lazy loading of information and pictures. Use ajax...
Your question sounds out of the category, is it better to write the OS yourself, or do it based on linux?
At first, it is usually done on the basis, then an understanding comes of what is needed, which is not in the already existing toolkit.
I think that the question is made up out of my head and does not carry a semantic load. When the understanding of the question comes, the question will disappear.
Start simple, then move on to complex.

1. Individual development is ordered in the case when the required functionality cannot be implemented on existing CMS. But this is the lot of big business.
2. What is meant by a corporate website? If it's just a company website that talks about its services and everything else with orders and callbacks - WordPress is enough for the eyes.
In this regard, WP has some obvious disadvantages that are very difficult to find, they mainly come from the incompetence of the developer (more on that below).
If by a corporate site you mean a system for working with clients, internal interaction between employees - here WP is not needed at all, use a CRM like Bitrix24 or amoCRM.
Now regarding the developer. Yes, if you put 4,000 rubles on it, then the likelihood that the site will lay down, and with a special position of the stars, will even go to Oblivion is high.
And for an individual design, themes are made up manually, and not adjusted from similar ones. And a well-made, optimized site loads very quickly.

Building websites from scratch or WordPress?
No choice.
Sites are made on the basis of TK.
TK - based on FT.
FT - based on BP.
(TOR - terms of reference, FT - functional requirements, BP - business process)
