Building an ubuntu live image to run with PXE?

Good morning, hackers!
Given:
a server running a pure console Ubuntu 12.04
Conditions:
After starting, the server launches some network software, does not perform other functions.
You need the ability to write to syslog
Task
To save the server from the hard drive and run the OS over the network.
A dedicated Ubuntu PXE+TFTP+HTTP+NBD server is available to solve the problem

standard solution - dhcp ( get IP and link to download pxe ) - pxe ( boot configuration ) - tftp ( get kernel and initrd ) - nfs ( mount root fs )
