Building a minimum coverage for a repair shop DB?

Good afternoon. There is a task that sounds like this:
"Let's consider the application area - "Household appliances repair shop"
The list of source documents:
" Application for equipment repair",
"Application from the master to the warehouse",
"Invoice for the supply of spare parts"
. warehouse they are assigned inventory numbers. For large items, individual numbers, for small items - numbers on the boxes. From the warehouse, small parts are issued in boxes.
". It is necessary to make a general list of elements and build a minimum coverage for them. My item set looks like this
:
6) Equipment repair price
7) Application number from the master to the warehouse
8) Date of the application from the master to the warehouse
9) Full name of the workshop employee
10) Inventory number of the spare part
11) Invoice number for the supply of spare parts
12) Quantity of spare parts
13) Part number
14) Name of the spare part
15) Type of spare part {large, small}
16) Supplier number
17) Supplier name
18) Spare price
19) Date of delivery to the warehouse
". The question is:
Is it possible to build a coating for these elements at all? What elements need to be added to make everything work ?
