Bugs on IIS buffer space?

Communication using xml, large size. the response is passed from server to server handler. I get the following error:
System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full
