Hello!
This morning I can not solve the problem. The fact is that the browser on some pages gives an error 500, in the logs
In the file /var/log/asyslog the error
segfault at 7fff1faffed0 ip 000000000048569d sp 00007fff1faffda0 error 6 in php5-cgi[400000+7d5000]
In the file /var/log/apache2

Tried
apt-get install --reinstall php5- cgi
Turned off apc, apcu, opcache, ioncube one by one did not help (((
PS After testing on a separate server, I found an error. Apparently, an incorrect line entered the database, deleted it and the site started working.

Enough, the error is present even immediately after rebooting the server, now the memory is crammed with 6GB, Total 8 GB
