Bug bounty in Neteller?

The other day I discovered, it seems to me, a vulnerability in the authorization of neteller.com, which I reported to their support service. However, the answer came in which it was reported - that "this is not a bug, this is a feature."
I wanted to ask for help from those who will help me correctly formulate the error message and, if possible, reproduce it (at the same time check it on other accounts).

Well, for such cases it is better to use programs like hackerone. Although there are promised solutions to controversial issues, I did not notice qiwi during the bug report. Only the last ones, not even features, were covered up, but they didn’t manage to find a new bug in 2 hours, after 15 days of waiting for an answer, you see, this one was already covered as it turned out - it means you are not a pentester, but a worthless kiddy script.
Although foreigners are much more with a big "B" are loyal and honest in this matter.
Give real examples of use and potential. threats of a found bug and your reward
