Trouble signing in with a WordPress plugin?

I have a problem with authorization through the Directorist plugin panel, it displays a notification that an error has occurred and the page needs to be restarted and does not allow authorization, but when I clear the cache the problem disappears and appears after a while, what could it be and how to fix it?

It is logical, if after clearing the cache everything works, then the problem is with caching. Try disabling js caching in the cache plugin.
