Budget ultra laptop availability - September/2018?

The question arose of buying new equipment.
Current computer can't handle tasks (everything works at once)
- browser 20-30 tabs + google sheet, doc, drive, gmail, youtube
- Visual Studio Code
- 2 monitors
- 5-10 terminal worker
- 2 demon database + IDE
- Skype, telegram, ....
Entertainment - movies, twitch Now
I mainly work on a desktop computer
Touchpad works only as a cursor.
Allocated a budget of 600-650 $
I want 13 "-14", a long period of work, coped with the tasks listed, had a low weight
Reviewing -
Acer Swift 1 SF114-32-P1AT - 14" 1920x1080 IPS, Intel Pentium Silver N5000, 8 GB DDR4 (no upgrade), 128 GB SSD, 17 hours of use, $630
Asus ZenBook UX310UA - 13.3" 1920x1080 IPS, Intel Core i3-7100U, 4GB DDR4 (can upgrade), 128GB SSD, 8hrs, $690
Lenovo IdeaPad V130-14 - 14" 1920x1080 IPS, Intel Core i5 7200U, 8GB DDR4 (can upgrade 16), 256GB SSD , 6hrs, $630
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E470 - 14" 1920x1080 IPS, Intel Core i5 7200U, 8GB DDR4 (can upgrade 16), 256GB SSD, 12hrs, $640
According to reviews, many complain about Linux like OS, the listed models have poor integration with this operating system (you need to constantly dance with a tambourine) and periodic critical bugs (freeze, shutdown) and it is recommended to use Window OS.
Question.

  1. Does anyone have experience with the Intel Pentium Silver N5000? There are very few reviews for this processor. Attracts a long period of work and passive cooling. Almost a year has passed - but there are no reviews for a specific processor on the Internet, according to usertest it is slightly worse than I3 vs I5 - 7gen U (20-30%).
  2. Does anyone have experience with the Touchpad instead of a mouse on these models, is it convenient to use?
  3. Processors I3 vs I5 - 7gen-8gen U, will they heat up strongly and often from the tasks in the listed models?
  4. Is it possible to consider these options for purchase (September-2018) or is it better to buy a stationary unit: Intel Core i3 7400, 16 GB DDR4, SSD 256 GB, HDD 1000 GB, <600$ and wait with buying a laptop?
  5. And probably the most interesting, the choice of a macbook will solve all my current tasks, but it will be necessary to wait with the purchase (found at $ 840-880) MacBook Air 13" MQD32 2017 - 13.3" (1440x900), glossy WXGA + LED | Intel Core i5 (1.8 - 2.9 GHz), 2 Cores | RAM 8 Gb | SSD 128 Gb | Intel HD Graphics 6000 | USB 3.0 | Touchpad with multi-touch technology. (did not consider used, due to inexperience in MacOS)

I have been using macbooks for many years and have no regrets. Even what I bought 6 years ago is quite enough for your tasks, but better, of course, a proshka. If you do not fill the disk with movies to capacity, then 256-512Gb hdd with a head. At 13" itself, this is not enough before the retina. But everything is fine on the retina, you don’t need more.
Well, don’t forget about the convenience of bash, against the console in win

macbooks are a dubious question
, their quality has dropped now
and the old ones are already
slowing down for me mbp 8.1 (2011) of the year, approximately similar in parameters to the macbook in question, and yet it slows down much stronger than the older computer on athlon x2 270
, and even with the current computer of 2016 assembly and it’s not worth comparing at all,
I keep a macbook solely for the sake of building projects for ios
