Budget laptop for beginners?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me if laptops with the following characteristics are suitable for layout:
1. Asus X552LDV 15.6" LED HD i3-4030U 4Gb 500Gb DRW GT820 1Gb Wi-Fi BT Win8.1
2. Asus X554LJ 15.6" LED HD i3-5005U 4Gb 500Gb DRW GT920 2Gb Wi-Fi BT Win8.1 ?
If yes, which model to take? Asus X552LDV costs 5 tr. cheaper, does it make sense to overpay?
