Sergey, good afternoon! Review the date range settings - I think this is the problem. (Fb will most often leave the end of ads automatically for the next month, and if, for example, they wanted to run from October 12 to October 24, then it sets the standard from October 12 to November 24)
if this is not the problem, try changing the type of payment (when you pay for the display or for involvement) to another and see if the error goes away.
