Budget DLNA set-top box

Good afternoon.
Is there a set-top box for the TV, should it pull movies from the DLNA server via Ethernet and / or Wi-Fi, give them to the TV via HDMI?

Is it possible to build this on a Raspberry Pi? Or will its performance be insufficient?

Yes, even such media players are already a dime a dozen. There are also cheap ones. Although, of course, the Raspberry Pi is cheaper and noticeable at the same time.
