Hello. I'm already tired of googling and looking in YouTube I can't find a solution. I need to change the ip, as in vpn applications. Ie how can I change the IP on the phone? I would buy a proxy or vpn, but it's not profitable for me, since by going to a new IP it takes literally 2-3 minutes and I don't need it anymore. But it would be needed in a week. That is, I need about 200-300 ips, each country Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan .. I tried to brute routers and from what happened, I could not raise vpn anywhere. It seems that there is no sense in brute IP in 2021. Since pptp Russia is either closed or simply not there. As a result, I need either 600 IPs from 3 countries, to which I will have long-term access. Or 100 IPs per country per day.

As a vps option with hourly payment, otherwise pay for a proxy, there are no other options

cloud services such as amazon ec2 or the same Russian selectel allow you to rent an ip address with an hourly payment, but they will not guarantee that the next ip address will not be issued a new one, and not the one that was recently given to you, but for example, take a pool at once addresses, use it for an hour - a normal use case.
