Browser data recovery?
Hello. I recently decided to demolish Windows and put a new one on a blank disk. I made a Backup of browser folders (with user data) and reinstalled. The problem is, when I returned these Backups to their place, they simply were not eaten by the browser ... I don’t have synchronization, and the saved sessions (mail, social networks, etc.) remained in the Backup. Can you tell me if there is any way to restore this? Browsers (Google Chrome, Opera, Yandex Browser, Orbitum). Thank you!

Starting from some version, cookie values are encrypted using this function: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/d...
Therefore, if you created a new user or reset the password without knowing the old one - the encryption key can no longer be accessed.
