Broken CrossStith3 font?

Guys, help me out!
I work in the Pattern Maker program (graphic editor for developing cross-stitch patterns), in which each color used in the pattern is indicated by its own symbol and the CrossStitch3 font is used for this (most likely it is the native font of this program). Yesterday everything worked fine, but today almost half of the characters from this font have disappeared, instead of them empty squares are displayed. Here in the picture you can clearly see that symbols are displayed on part of the palette, and on the other part there are squares instead of arrows, rhombuses, etc. characters:

I tried deleting the program itself and the fonts from the Fonts folder. and then reinstalling them again - it does not help. Just in case, I checked it with an antivirus, restarted several times, I don’t know what else to do!
Help, please, it is very necessary to finalize the scheme for the customer!
What could be causing this error and what can be done to fix it?!
