Broadcasting video from an IP camera to a website. Which server and software to choose?

Hello.
We are planning a video project.
Initial data:
We have 20 (for starters) IP cameras installed in different offices and stores.
There is also a website (under development).
We want to broadcast video from webcams to the site.
The number of simultaneous connections to one camera is up to 200.
In fact, we want an analogue of https://sochi.camera/ only on a smaller scale.
Which server is suitable for this task?
What software is needed?
ps We plan to use the project for commercial purposes.

https://ru.ivideon.com/ - proved to be good in combat conditions, it also integrates well. It can work at different levels and different axes. He also writes and works with a large number of cameras. I used it myself when it was necessary to bring events to the site in full broadcast, you can also separate access to the public and personal.
