Broadcast desktop over IPTV?
There was an idea to broadcast a desktop on the TV without wires. Miracast unfortunately does not fit. The TV has the SS IPTV app which plays the channels perfectly. Is it possible to create your own IPTV broadcast in the local network on which the desktop will be broadcast?
I tried to create a UDP broadcast via ffmpeg, specifying the local address of the PC. Played on the same computer only through Media Player Classic, VLC does not open the stream. Also, the smartphone in the local network does not see the stream. Haven't progressed any further. I can’t understand the essence of the IPTV protocol, what codecs are used, is it possible to simply add a UDP address to the M3U playlist. I ask you to help with finding the right solution, or at least the direction in which to move.
