Bring the working prototype to the device (product)

Good afternoon community!

I somehow assembled an unusual device - a spot welding machine, the size of an average flashlight and powered by batteries. The device, of course, is extremely low-power, but it is quite enough to weld together nickel strips 50-80 microns thick, thermocouples, etc. The device is very simple, all the electronics are two 555 mikruhi and a few more DC-DC converters, plus a little passive body kit. The device was assembled on the knee, everything is held on electrical tape, which already allows it to be used, but it does not look presentable. In the picture, the device lies on an A4 sheet, the charger wire stretches to it.

It would be great to bring this thing to a device in an ergonomic case, with a docking station for recharging and reproduce it in the amount of several pieces (to be precise, eight pieces).
Unfortunately, I have problems with time right now, and developing a hull, assembling all this and repeating the procedure eight times, will probably take two to three weeks at least. Plus, I don't have a lot of experience with this sort of thing. Yes, and the part with electronics, perhaps, also needs some refinement. I would be very happy if someone else could do the task of bringing this disgrace to a convenient tool for me. Since this is a useful working tool for us, the employer can probably be promoted for a certain amount of money for this work.
Total.
Available:
— a working prototype of a small and uncomplicated device.
- in the required amount of components that can be problematic to immediately buy in an electronics store.
It is necessary:
- to develop a convenient case for all this.
- take a critical look at the electronics, perhaps suggest some improvements.
- assemble apparatuses in the amount of 8 pieces.
Now I need to know if anyone can take over such a development, and how much will it cost? It depends on whether my employer will approve the financing of such an adventure. Perhaps I can take over some of the work, such as the manufacture of welding electrodes (here it is necessary to connect locksmiths, there are such contacts), the purchase of components, etc.

There is one man, we worked with him.
Misha is called. He solders, assembles, flashes, designs circuits, puts devices in boxes, orders printed circuit boards at the factory, etc., etc.
His head boils, in general.

I think all these services can be ordered from the Chinese, for example on alibaba.com. And they will make samples for you without any problems.
On the other hand, such a development can only be undertaken with a specific customer, for example, some large construction organization that will immediately buy 1000 pieces from you. your devices. Those. agree so that the initial development was recaptured for money, and then think about where to sell this device next. Moreover, first conclude a supply contract, take an advance payment, think carefully about the terms, and then start production.
Otherwise, you risk being left without money and with a feeling of disappointment. I just have experience developing devices "in a drawer". This is a thankless task ... And if you have a prepaid contract in your hands, you will have both an incentive and a time frame so as not to waste time in vain.

It is recommended to connect wires to Li-Pol batteries by spot welding.
If your device allows you to do this, then it will be of interest to a much larger number of people. (Thickness of contact plates can be different - maybe a design that provides more compressive pressure will help.)
(Sorry for not answering the question.)
