Brackets Live Preview does not respond to clicks. The eternal "Connecting ...", why?

I use Brackets for html/css/js layout, without a server. LivePreview has always worked great, but 2 days ago there was some kind of shift. From now on, when pressed, an eternal connection occurs (for about half an hour or an hour), after which the indicator shows that LivePreview is activated, but even the Chrome auxiliary window has not opened.
Help guys, there's still a lot of work to be done. Refreshing the page constantly is no longer convenient somehow - a damn habit :D

bracket is a good editor, I use it to pull CSS images from PSD, but as practice shows, I used it for three days and I can note that it is slower than sublime wim noteped ++ and even buggy - I checked this for several hours.
