Brackets doesn't save files, why?

Tell me what's wrong: I just installed Brackets, as an admin, I work in the Users folder.
When I save a new file (I just try to create it), error 1 comes out without any comments.

When I create css file from QuckFormTools panel - error 2

When I try to "save as" html file created by button from QuckFormTools panel, no results at all.
What's wrong? Brackets has already been reinstalled twice, tried different folders. I also saved files in different folders.
