Bootstrap menu - how to add an element that is not hidden in smartphones (like brand and Toggle navigation)?

as usual, all elements are hidden in smartphones except for the brand and Toggle navigation. I need to add one more non-hidden element (number of new alerts). I did not find any examples in the site. Are there any standard ways? How to do it right? Show the code. Thank you!
