Bootstrap footer not squeezing?

Friends. It is not possible to press the footer. I've been stuck for the second day. Please help with advice?

here. When I am in the Bitrix panel, everything is pressed. I go out, the gap is at the bottom.
costs body height:100%, width:100%.
footer height is also worth it.
